This Registry was organized in 1994 to help promote the half Arabian Pinto Horses.  We register both the Tobiano and Overo color patterns and also register the Pintabian Horses (99.21% Arabian blood with tobiano color markings). The % of Arabian blood will be shown on all Registration Certificate. We have free web page advertising for our members and free Stallion listings for our members in IPAR.
